By accessing or using rareliquid (the “Website”), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our Website. Your use of the Website constitutes acceptance of these Terms and any future modifications.

2. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the Website after any modifications indicates your acceptance of the updated Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically for changes.

3. Use of the Website

You agree to use the Website only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not use our Website to engage in fraudulent activities, distribute harmful content, attempt unauthorized access to our systems, or violate any applicable laws. Any misuse of the Website may result in termination of your access.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, and materials on rareliquid, including text, images, graphics, and software, are the property of rareliquid or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works based on any content from this Website without our express written permission. Unauthorized use may result in legal action.

5. Tickets and Payment

This Website sells tickets to The 3-Day IB Recruiting Challenge, a live online event held August 18th–20th at 6PM ET / 3PM PT. Two ticket types are offered: General Admission at $7 and VIP Ticket at $67, in U.S. dollars. What each ticket includes is described on the ticket page, and those descriptions form part of these Terms.

Payments are processed by Whop and its payment providers, not by us. We never receive or store your full card details. By completing a purchase you also accept Whop’s terms and privacy policy. Your ticket is personal to you and may not be resold, shared, or transferred, and access to the live sessions, recordings, community, and materials is for your individual use only.

6. Refunds

We offer a no-questions-asked refund. If the challenge isn’t what you hoped for, email hello@rareliquid.com within 7 days of your purchase and we will refund your ticket in full. You do not need to give a reason or provide evidence. Refunds are returned to the original payment method and typically take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank. Once refunded, your access to the sessions, recordings, community, and materials ends.

7. The Event

Sessions are delivered live over Zoom, and you are responsible for your own device and internet connection. We may change the schedule, running order, guest speakers, or session content, and guest speakers are subject to availability. If we cancel the event outright and do not offer a replacement date, we will refund your ticket in full regardless of when you purchased it. Replay availability differs by ticket type as described on the ticket page.

8. No Guarantee of Outcomes

The challenge is educational. We do not promise, guarantee, or imply that you will receive an interview, an internship, or a job offer at any bank or other employer, and any results described by us or by past participants are illustrative rather than typical. Your outcome depends on factors outside our control.

9. User-Generated Content

If you submit content (such as comments, articles, or reviews), you grant rareliquid a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, modify, reproduce, and distribute your content in any media. You are solely responsible for any content you submit, and it must not violate any third-party rights or be unlawful. We reserve the right to remove or edit any content deemed inappropriate or in violation of these Terms.

10. Third-Party Links

Our Website may contain links to third-party websites for convenience. We do not endorse, control, or assume responsibility for the content, policies, or practices of these external sites. Use third-party links at your own risk, and review their terms and privacy policies before engaging with them.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The content on rareliquid is provided for informational purposes only. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any information on our Website. Financial decisions based on our content are made at your own risk. We do not provide professional financial, legal, or investment advice.

rareliquid and its affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of the Website.
